What If My Package Is Late?

At Wase & the Wildflowers, we understand how exciting it is to receive your order, and we strive to ensure every package arrives as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control.

Common Causes of Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Holidays and peak shipping seasons

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customer processing (international orders)

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

What Should I Do If My Package Is Late?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, we recommend:

  • Checking your tracking information for the latest updates

  • Allowing an additional 1-3 business days for carrier delays

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional information

  • Contacting our Customer Support team if you still need assistance

How Long Should I Wait Before Contacting Support?

We recommend contacting our Customer Support team if:

  • Your package has not moved for 5 or more business days, or

  • Your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.

Please Note

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier operations are outside of our direct control. However, we are always happy to assist you in locating your package and navigating any shipping concerns.
