Order History

Your order history allows you to view your previous purchases, track current orders, and access important order information.

Viewing Your Order History 

If you created an account with Wase & the Wildflowers, you can view your order history by:

  1. Logging into your account

  2. Navigating to the My Account section

  3. Selecting Order History

From there, you may be able to view:

  • Previous orders

  • Current order status

  • Tracking information

  • Order dates

  • Purchased products

  • Order totals

Guest Checkout Orders

If you placed an order using guest checkout, your order history will not be available through an account dashboard. However, you can access your order information using:

  • Your order confirmation email

  • Your shipping confirmation email

  • Your order number

Need Help Finding An Order

If you’re unable to locate your order information, please contact our Customer Support team and include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (if available)

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The approximate purchase date
